#HelpOurPetsTO was founded in 2017 by ThinkHatch, a marketing company that provides Fractional CMO services to growing startups and small businesses. Mental well-being is a top priority for the founder, Emily Foucault, who recognizes the importance of mental health and the love a dog can provide. It seemed a natural fit for ThinkHatch to help people who are homeless and who feel comforted by the love of their pet. Thus, in December 2017, ThinkHatch partnered with Liberty Village Animal Hospital, Simply Laundry, and Park9 to launch #HelpOurPetsTO.
After running a short social media campaign and thanks to the generosity of Toronto residents, we delivered numerous bags of pet food, blankets, leashes, treats, collars and poop bags to the respite shelter at the operated by the Fred Victor Organization!
Because there is increased need at the respite shelters during the extreme cold weather days that we experience in the winter months, we are pleased to announce we will once again be running our campaign and will be accepting donations throughout the month of December 2019.
It takes a village to make a difference,
